 LGV Tanker Drivers

We require LGV Tanker Drivers for our various locations in Northern Ireland. Experience in multi- drop domestic and commercial oil deliveries preferable. Manual handling is required for this role, as are good customer service skills. Candidates must be flexible to work shift rotas and at short notice when required. Candidates should have a sound geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland, and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Class 2 LGV Licence
  • ADR Class 3(Flammable Liquids) - minimum 2 years left
  • Clean Driving Licence preferable
  • Digital Tacho Card essential
  • Compliance with all Health and Safety Procedures

Domestic Sales Staff

We are currently recruiting domestic sales staff (40 hours per week) for various locations throughout Northern Ireland.

Job Duties:

  • Dealing with new and existing Customers over the phone.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • General Administration & Data Entry.
  • Organising deliveries and negotiating price.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Previous Inbound Sales experience.
  • Experience liaising with customers over the phone.
  • Experience of working to Sales Targets.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills & experience.

Retail Sales Assistants

We are currently recruiting part time retail sales assistants for work in our Greysteel Store.

As a retail assistant you are the core of our business and play a vital role in our success. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the team and support our store by driving sales, increasing profitability and most importantly delivering excellent customer service.

We have various shift patterns and will train you on product knowledge, visual merchandising, stock replenishment and most importantly customer service

Dispatch Clerk

We are recruiting a Dispatch Clerk for full time work in our Greysteel office. 

Job Duties:

  • Assisiting the dispatch supervisor in the daily processing, routing and distribution of orders. 
  • Daily confirmation and invoicing of product.
  • Stock control and reconciliation.
  • Ordering product through the various supplier computer systems.
  • Direct sales via yard eg: lubricants and other products.
  • Order processing where necessary when customers call at dispatch office.
  • Dealing with customers queries.
  • Handling and control of driver documentation and cash.
  • Driver timesheets and vehicle maintenance requests.
  • Liasing with other depots about day to day procedures such as deliveries, depot stock, lorry and driver availibility etc. 
  • Telephone, post and filing.
  • Customer care
  • Ledger cash processing when necessary. 

In addition to the above responsibilities and in order to meet the commitments of the company you are expected to perform any other duties for which you are competent or can be trained for as required by management. You share with the company the responsibility for suggestions to alter the scope of the duties to improve the working situation.
